We believe rearing children is joyous work. It's joyous because of the new baby smell and the squishy snuggles but also because it can be hard. Parenthood provides us so many opportunities to face challenges and overcome them. And that brings joy.

We love helping families catch this vision and providing them with knowledge and support to get parenthood off to the best start possible.

Education

We emphasize perinatal education because families consistently report having less anxiety, more confidence, and increased ability to face challenges within childbirth and breastfeeding.

As first time parents we hesitated to make the investment in education, but in retrospect both my husband and I agree it was the best money we spent. Quality education has the power to change your perspective and your experiences for the better.

Support & Consultation

We prioritize breast milk as optimal nutrition for infants. Concurrently, we recognize that breastfeeding looks different for every family. No matter what your breastfeeding goals and challenges are, one-on-one coaching will provide you with solutions to choose from.
